Drivers for Change – Support Innovation
Equity Framework > Drivers for Change > Support Innovation
Equity-based work often requires new ways of thinking about problems. This includes:

- checking limiting assumptions to discover new lines of thought and creative solutions, and
- disrupting oppressive processes to create safe conditions for innovation.
